This special release commemorates the first expression from Tanyard Hill. The 2025 Jack Daniels Special Release garners a unique opportunity to experience how different barrelhouses can influence the flavor and proof of their Mashbill.
The Tanyard Hill release carries a starting grain bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. After the grinding and fermenting, it is distilled in copper stills and then passes through their traditional charcoal mellowing process. It was then barreled in new, charred American oak barrels in 2015. After maturing on the top floors of Barrel House 1, the Tanyard Hill release was bottled at barrel proof between 130.2 to 148.8 proof.
Individually numbered and bottled at 65.1% ABV - 130.2 Proof
