Shipping policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to Paragon Spirits that you are at least 21 and can legally do so in the jurisdiction you placed the order from AND are requesting delivery to. All alcohol delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

An email will acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment.  While we make every effort to show accurate product listings and inventories on our website, Paragon Spirits cannot be held responsible for unforeseen typographical errors, omissions or inventory variances. Customer Service will typically reach out to make arrangements if we cannot fulfill an order exactly as it was placed.

Please note that shipping costs are set to cover all expenses related to order fulfillment including handling, materials, insurance, scheduled pickup services and adult signature charges. We take pride in offering exceptionally packaged shipments to ensure an extremely low occurrence of shipping issues.

Standard Shipping - Fulfillment within 24-48 hours. Shipping will occur on our next scheduled pickup via Ground Service, approximately 3-5 business days in transit in most cases.

Expedited Fulfillment - Fulfillment within 24 hours, typically same day for orders placed during business hours M-F 9am - 5pm PST. Shipping will occur with a special expedited pickup via Ground Service, approximately 3-5 business days in transit.

Please be advised that Paragon Spirits cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipper or environmental issues however, we will do everything possible to ensure delivery expectations are met. If you need specialized services or need rush delivery please reach out to customerservice@paragonspirits.com to make arrangements in advance.

Please be aware that many states restrict the shipment of alcohol to either Manufacturers or Wineries or in some other way. By placing an order online you are representing that you are in compliance with your State/County regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

We currently ship only in California.

Currently, we cannot and will not ship to the any other state due to restrictions on Direct-to-Consumer Retail Sales. We are not a Winery and cannot ship to states where only Direct-to-Consumer Winery Sales are allowed.

Paragon Spirits reserves the right to refuse a shipment if we suspect the shipment might be out of compliance with local regulations.

Please note that per our Rules of Engagement with our shippers, all deliveries require an Adult Signature by the Recipient. The Shipper will require Government Issue Photo ID from the Recipient.

As we cannot ensure that Signature Requirements are met, Paragon Spirits WILL NOT ship to certain businesses including but not limited to;

  • Mail Stops
  • Mail Forwarders
  • PO Boxes
  • Import/Exporters
  • Any business that engages in the practice of receiving mail that is intended for others for the purpose of hold or forward

Any orders placed with a shipping address that corresponds to one of these businesses may be cancelled and the order refunded. We reserve the right to withhold Shipping and Handling charges to cover costs associated with orders cancelled for this reason.
