Unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled from organically grown barley, raised and harvested at Mid Coul Farms in 2009 for a 2010 distillation. Matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks for a minimum of 8 aged years. Bottled unchilL-filtered and colouring free on the island of Islay at 50%.
