This is the third expression released under I.W. Harper whiskey label owned by Diageo. The Cask Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged in charred American oak barrels for four years. It is then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks from California. It is bottled at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, in a stunning bottle designed to pay homage to I.W. Harper's golden era.

The Cabernet Cask Reserve is best enjoyed neat, but will hold it's own, and enhance, any cocktail.
