The Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond Spring 2022 release consists of their oldest bourbon yet. This bourbon was aged for 17 long years, imparting it with a surprising set of characteristics. It was designed in the same style as Van Winkle and Larceny bourbons by utilizing wheat in the mash instead of rye, and is sure to not disappoint.
The dark amber color carries a spicy sweetness from crisp apples, maple, oak, toffee and cherries. The flavors of vanilla and oak are laced with hints of apple, fig, pear and vanilla. The finish lingers with notes of butterscotch, leather, oak and custard.
